Our F.A.S.T. Instructors have the expertise to advance you to any level be it your first kiteboarding lesson to advanced tricks and skills or from your first time on a paddleboard to surfing the waves with one. We offer everything from kiteboarding and paddleboarding instruction, to guided kite and paddle tours, island adventures and stand up paddleboard yoga classes. We provide the highest quality, most professional kiteboading/kitesurfing lessons, training and instruction with direct access to the safest World Class Training Grounds in the Tampa Bay Area. What this means for you is access to miles of shallow waist deep water clear of other riders and any hazards, so your free to focus on learning this amazing sport of kiteboarding. Our F.A.S.T. Kiteboarding Instructors are here to help you progress in this sport of kiteboarding safer and faster than anywhere else. Your instructor will have their own PWC/Jetski allowing them remain right there next to you for the entire lesson giving you “On the Fly By Your Side” Instruction. Teaching this way eliminates having to walk back upwind during the lesson maximizing your time on the water and your progression! Our lessons are taught utilizing the most current up to date Kiteboarding gear available, all our Kiteboarding/Kitesurfing gear is top of the line name brands, that are recognized as being in the forefront of the sports technology and safety. When you stretch before vigorous activity you are warming and preparing the body, while lowering cortisol levels and reducing any potential injuries simultaneously.
